BYB Focus is the lightest 5000 lumen road bike light, at 55 g. Four modes — high beam, front beacon, low beam, rear red — each rated by the distance a rider stays visible from: 2 km at the brightest, 500 m for the rear red.
The high beam fires from a button on the light or a wireless remote switch on the handlebar. The StVZO lens in the box gives the beam a hard cut-off: full output on the road, none in an oncoming driver's eyes.

A road light has two jobs and they pull in opposite directions: being seen by traffic, and lighting the road. Focus separates them into four modes rather than compromising into one.

The obvious objection
Does 5000 lumens dazzle everyone else?
No, and the answer is a lens rather than a promise. Fit the StVZO lens and the beam gets a hard horizontal cut-off: full output below the line, nothing above it.
The lens ships in the box. It is not an accessory to buy later.
A 5000 lumen bike light in a 55 gram box
The hard part of a light this bright is not the output. It is getting rid of the heat, surviving the current draw, and doing both without a metal heatsink to carry the weight.
No metal heatsink at all. Power dissipation is handled by 3 grams of lightweight fibreglass composite.
Custom-engineered optics: high candela, low optical glare, and a StVZO lens supplied in the box.
A drone battery: the same high-discharge, special-chemistry cell a drone uses. Which is what a 5000 lumen burst actually needs.
A temperature sensor watches the LED, and the electronics auto-adapt from −20 °C to +50 °C so neither the LEDs nor the optics are damaged. The closed-loop check runs every 50 milliseconds.
